Make your own stress balls with two ingredients

This is one DIY you and your kids must try! Stress balls are great fidgets for kids (and adults).

What you’ll need:

  • Balloons
  • Corn starch or flour
  • Water
  • A funnel or water bottle
  • Sharpie marker

Steps: 

  • Blow up your balloon and let it deflate
  • Attach it firmly to the funnel and then pour in a little bit of water followed by corn starch
  • Repeat this until your balloon is full
  • Tie the balloon to keep the filler inside
  • Use a Sharpie to decorate the stress ball

Tips: You can use beans if you prefer, or even bird seed. Use the Sharpie marker to draw on the stress ball. The following video is a clear tutorial on how to make your own stress ball:
